Brittany Brashers, Owner and Illinois Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker of Duffield Brashers Real Estate & Management LLC. This native of Glasford, Illinois started dabbling in Real Estate at the age of 18. She now has over 15 years of experience in property management, commercial leasing, development, event planning, marketing, advertising, and build-out coordinating. She currently resides in the Peoria area, having exceptionally strong ties to the community, something she takes great pride in. Brittany has managed and helped develop Junction City Shopping Center since 2007, manages local apartment complexes and enjoys mixing things up with selling Residential homes! In 2021, she was recognized and honored as one of the 40 Under 40 Leaders in Central Illinois and 25 Women in Leadership. She is the second oldest Duffield sibling out of 4, and hopes to make her family proud and leave a legacy behind for their children’s future.

John Brashers was born and raised in the charming country town of Yates City, IL.  He graduated Western State Colorado University in 2014 with a Major in Business Administration, Minor in Outdoor Recreation and Education, and Cum Laude Honors. He has many hobbies and passions, mostly relating to outdoors recreation and competitive sports. He began hunting when he was 7 years old with his family. He enjoys fishing and hunting deer, turkey, waterfowl, and dove near where he lives. In other states, he hunts elk, bears, boar, pheasant, grouse, turkey and waterfowl. John loves to be active outside every chance he gets. Some of his favorite activities are kayaking, mountain biking, snowboarding, basketball, softball, golfing, motorcycle riding, and country-swing dancing.

Kayla is the first born out of the Duffield siblings. Graduating through the Centennial Honors college, Kayla earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry at Western Illinois University. Not only does Kayla do Real Estate, but she has accomplished over 18 years in the dental field where she has enjoyed assisting patients through dental treatments. Kayla has focused on TMJ, orthodontic, and dental sleep apnea therapies and has enjoyed setting a goal for her patients and helping them execute it while walking them through the process. Real Estate is another incredible opportunity for her to help serve clients in a similar fashion; setting goals and assisting clients through their journey to help achieve their goals. She is honored to be a positive and encouraging part of a client’s experience as they enter the next chapter of their journey. She has always been passionate about seeing others succeed and accomplishing her own goals alongside her team of family members, which has been the greatest highlight of all of their careers.

Tabitha is part of the “Duffield” in “Duffield Brashers”.  She’s the youngest of the 4 Duffield siblings and arguably the favorite.  She’s a military wife and mama of 2 incredible children. Before being blessed as a stay at home Mom she worked as a Human Resources Secretary at the Special Education Association of Peoria County for 6 years. She obtained her Illinois Real Estate Brokers License in April 2022 and has loved the journey of learning all the ins-and-outs of Real Estate, Property Management and Event Planning.
